Just walked out with a 2024 CX-5 and couldn’t be happier. The environment was low pressure and Santiago was able to find us a sweet spot between mileage, price, and features. There were a couple minor hiccups after purchase but Santiago helped us resolve them the next morning. Definitely recommend.

This was a great experience working with the team at Lee Johnson Mazda. I primarily worked with Raja from Sales and Michael from finance. Raja really cares for their customer. He along with Tony gave me a great deal on a new Mazda CX-5. I would strongly recommend working with Raja on your Car purchase, he gives his best to to see that not only you get best offer, but also continues to provide personalized post sale experience. It was great working with Michael during finance process as well, keeping it hassle free. There was just one person talking to whom was little uncomfortable. But, I would keep the overall review 5 star, specially because of people like Raja, Michael, Patrick and Tony.
I had a fantastic experience working with King. I came in on a Saturday to test drive a Mazda CX-50 but wasn't sure I wanted to buy yet. I also dreaded the post-test drive sales pressure that dealerships normally give you but King was no pressure, no fuss — just straightforward, honest help. There was a 2023 Mazda CX-50 that I had my eye on but it wasn't ready to test-drive yet. I asked King to reach out later in the week via text when it was ready. I came in Thursday to test drive it and decided to buy. I knew exactly how I wanted to handle financing/trade-in/warranty, and King made the entire process completely stress-free. He even stayed after his shift to make sure all the paperwork was finished. I've had some bad experiences with buying cars at other dealerships and King really changed my perspective on the whole car buying process. I truly appreciated his professionalism and patience. If you’re looking for someone who respects your time and makes the process easy, ask for King!
We bought a CX50 in Nov 2025 from Lee Johnson Mazda in Kirkland, WA. The sales rep, King, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly as he introduced us to the car and to the Mazda experience. I highly recommend this dealership and King. After 700 miles, the CX50 is great too. Luv the HUD.
We came in looking for the year-end sales, and left overjoyed with a 2025 CX 50 hybrid – premium plus; the works. Got home and conflicting needs precipitated a return of the car within 24 hours. This dealership was stellar – honored their policies and were gracious about it. Every person we encountered throughout this Interaction was clear, straightforward and, I’ve gotta say it,warm. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Bradley, Tony, and Aziz were great to work with. I was preapproved in the morning before coming to the dealership, got everything lined up, and just had to go in to get a test drive, assess my trade in, and sign paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t get the feeling anybody was trying to pull anything on me. This was MILES above my experience at a Subaru dealer a few years ago. I feel like I got a great deal on the lease I signed and I’m excited to have a hybrid! Thanks for making this huge stress so easy!
This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle...and I once worked at a dealership that I purchased a new vehicle from while working there. 🤯💯 My husband and I would like to give special shout-outs and massive kudos to Tony & Patrick in Sales, and Michael in Finance!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 They all made sure we were comfortable, and made sure the process was super easy & smooth. All of them were very personable, friendly, and funny - yet professional. They all three just treated us so well. We both left with big smiles on our faces! I have my baby (vehicle) back, and the Hubster has a manual transmission that I can't drive...so we're both excited! I purchased a Tesla from this dealership in 2024. At the time, they offered me a choice: either a $4,000 discount at purchase or to claim $4,000 as a tax credit. Trusting their advice, I opted for the tax credit. In both 2024 and 2025, when I raised concerns, I was told by the original staff to just talk to the IRS. Now, in 2026, I’ve learned it wasn’t possible. The new staff now say they can’t fix it because the original people are gone. I paid $23,300. With the discount, I would have paid $19,300, saving $4,000. I kept returning repeatedly, but all I was told was to deal with the IRS. A company should stand by what their employees promised, even if those employees are no longer there. I can’t recommend them after all of this. I still expect a resolution.
The absolute worse experience I've had trying to cancel a service contract. I called the dealership, they said I need to come into the dealership, which is not what it says in the contract. The sales person said I need to talk to someone in finance and put me on hold, and after holding for 10 minutes I had to call back, and the sales person went and checked and they didn't have anyone in the building (2.5 hours after they had openened) in the finance department. The sales people that sell the contracts have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They tell you that it's easily cancellable when selling it but don't actually know what the process is. I ended up calling Zurich and I'm able to cancel directly through them. One more thing about the warranty. The service department tries to charge you $250 everytime you ask them to look into anything that should be covered by the warranty, so if the transmission hasn't literally stopped working, you end up paying for diagnostrics, and if they can't figure it out which happens often, you're out $250.
We agreed to a price with the Seattle branch but had to agree to come back the next day so in the morning my wife accidentally called this branch and the person who answered the phone, Sargento, reeled her in and then promised that same exact car for $700 less and $500 more on our trade in as well. And we agreed but had a bad feeling. So we asked multiple times to be clear this is the price and car we are getting. When we got to the Kirkland branch he gave us the options for a completely different lesser trim car and acted like we are idiots. When we pressured him that we want the car we are going to buy at the agreed upon price he said he couldn't give us that price anymore. Completely wasting our time after working all day twice in a row. It was embarrassing for them really
Even though i love my mazda but i feel like the dealership really rushed me jnto my purchase. They scared me that the tariff will increase the price by next week and i had to choose at 8pm night which trim or color i want. I came back to them and ask to see if i can trade in my car and get a higher trim even though its still 2025 , but they said it will cost me 11000$ to change to a trim that is only 3000 $ more expensive. Ironically when i first asked them about used cx5 they were priced 29k for two year old model, but now they offer me 22k for 9 months old mazda cx5 preferred. I really like mazda brand, but this dealership did me dirty and did not give me enough time or information to choose proper trim or between cx5 or cx50. They will rush you into buying a product, do your research and test drive as much as you want and dont fall into buying before you make the final decision
