I had an AMAZING experience with Lana and Nikki!! I originally just came in to take a peek at options and never imagined I would be leaving with a new car a few hours later! Lana was so accommodating and with such a bubbly personality. I asked to test drive multiple cars and didnt feel any pressure to get into something I didnt completely love. I ended up going with the CX-5 and I couldn't be happier !! Nikki was so helpful in financing and explained every little detail and answered every question I had with a smile the whole time! It all started with a test drive of a different car. Lana was a delight to work with. I wasn't quite ready to buy a car but wanted to see how I liked this particular car. I kept in touch with her as I decided I was going to buy a Mazda. Two weeks went by and I found the car I was hoping would work. She was off that day but told the wonderful Raja I was coming in and next thing I know, I was driving home in my 2023 red Mazda CX30. From start with finish I was treated with respect. I purchased a new CX-50 Hybrid from Lee Johnson on May 1, and the entire process from pre-sales to driving off the lot was wonderful. My primary salesperson was Son Nguyen, and he handled the purchase excellently. He took the time to ensure the vehicle I selected was right for me, walking me through the questions I had on color, specific differences of trim features, and included accessories. There weren't any silly sales tactics, had almost zero need for negotiation because the price was so fair, and had excellent conversation while we waited for information to come back from various places. Michael was my F&I person and he was enthusiastic and thorough, walking through the bill of sale as well as all of the other numbers before executing the trade-in and purchase agreement. The value they gave me for my trade-in was extremely fair. All in all, I would gladly buy from Lee Johnson again!

I had a very positive buying experience at LJ’s Mazda in Kirkland. Michael H., the sales manager, was an excellent facilitator. I worked with Santiago who was attentive and responsive. If you are looking for a no-pressure environment this is the place. Santiago waited for my daughter later that day for a test drive and final approval. They could have easily pressured us by putting the car back on the lot so that someone else could purchase it. However, Santiago did not which demonstrates a high level of integrity.
King reigns as King at LJ Mazda! Salesman King (yep, that's his first name) simplified the purchase of a spankin-new CX-50 Hybrid for my wife and I yesterday. He has already been recommended to family. Despite the VERY busy day, King tended to our needs as if we were the only ones there. Questions answered. Options explained. Deal done! Finance fellow Michael Mohamed followed through with a simplified deal closing. He remained personable through a normally daunting and tedious process. Mazdas sell themselves, IMO, but staff and lifetime warranty, made Lee Johnson the only choice for us!
I had a great experience at Lee Johnson Mazda. We had been dealing with issues with our car keys for a while and other places either quoted us a lot or couldn’t fix it. Tony and Nick helped us right away, figured it out within about five minutes, gave us an additional 2 items for out keys and didn’t even charge us. They even canceled our appointment for the next day since everything was already resolved. Super helpful and kind, definitely recommend!

I have great experience with Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland when I purchase a Mazda CX 30. My floor sales person was Lana Dicusara. I felt comfortable to ask questions like pros and cons of pre-owned, new car, or different models. She patiently answered to all my questions professionally. Yet I never felt I was pushed. After test driving couple of cars , I could figure out Mazda CX 30 fits my purpose and life style. The whole purchase process was smooth and easy. I especially thanks to Lana. She spent time with me to set up the communication of my car and my phone. That helped me a lot, otherwise I probably can't use its cool software function or waste lots of time to set up by myself. My 74-year-old mom was looking for a reliable used car and Santiago was the most helpful, respectful and kind sales person. He held the door for us, didn’t treat my mom like an “old person” and was very knowledgeable about the features of the car she liked. Buying a car can be stressful, but Santiago made it effortless and he was just so incredibly nice. Also, no high pressure sales and we appreciated that. She bought a 2016 Scion and is loving it. We both would highly recommend Santiago and this dealership!

My wife and I bought a CX50 hybrid a couple days ago and our experience with Lee Johnson Mazda was quite good. Santiago was excellent as the salesman we dealt with. He knows the features of the cars inside out which was very helpful in sorting out which trim level was best for us. We've dealt with other dealerships that engaged in high pressure tactics that were awful. None of that nonsense here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
My boyfriend had a really negative experience at this dealership. He went in, interested in buying a CX-50, test drove a few cars, and had his mind set on a car he wanted. I went into the dealership with him on the day he was planning to buy, and the salesperson, King, didn’t even acknowledge me until I had been in the dealership for about 45 minutes. He seemed like he really didn’t want me there. I think it’s important that you acknowledge everyone who comes into the dealership – especially if you’re trying to close the deal, it works better in your favor if you actually get an understanding of everyone who has the influence on the deal. Just a tip from someone who also works in sales. It helps to say hi, be personable, and get to know someone instead of purely just treating it like a transaction. For customers looking to buy a car, it’s not just a transaction. It’s a huge decision that impacts their finances and lifestyle. We weren’t happy with the numbers they gave us, and there was quite a bit of negotiating back-and-forth. And during that process, King would just get up unexpectedly to go to his manager and then come back. And it went on like that for more than a half hour. He didn’t even say bye to us when we left the dealership - I had no clue where he went. We ended up finding a better deal a lot another Dealership that provided a much better experience. The other dealership made it so easy for us, and that’s what we were looking for. A better customer experience, more favorable financing, and an overall better price.
WARNING, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, SCAMMERS For some background, I had been taking my CX-50 to Lee johnson Mazda of Kirkland for close to 3 years when I had this horrible experience. My car was due for an oil change and I heard a knocking noise in the front right wheel area indicating a wheel bearing or similar issue. I brought in the car and asked the team while they were doing the oil change if they could just check really quick if they saw anything wrong with the wheel bearing. I got a call from the service adviser Scott, telling me they were going to check out the bearing by taking the car for a short drive, no mention of price or anything. Later that day, a routine oil change had turned into a $450 bill for the oil change and an 'inspection fee'. I was also told that my car needed all new pads and rotors, a wheel bearing, and all new fluids even though transfer case and diff fluid were done a few thousand miles ago. I asked Scott why I was being charges so much for an inspection fee and he told me they had to charge for the mechanics time. I said that he never told me about the price of this and was shocked that it had apparently taken them over an hour of work just to diagnose a wheel bearing. After going back and forth with Scott (respectfully, voices were not raised nor any insults) Scott looked at me, said, "fine, if you don't want to pay for this, just take it for free and get out of my store". So I left and later that day I called back asking to at least pay for the oil change that I did receive. After this whole ordeal, I took my car to 'Doug's Auto Tune & Repair, they're rated 4.7 stars, in order to get my brakes and the wheel bearing done. Tony told me that he didn't want to replace the wheel bearing until he had a chance to diagnose it and drive the car and that he didn't charge for diagnostics. Later that day I receive a call from Tony that shocked me. Not only did I not need a wheel bearing, but my front brakes were the only ones that needed changing, my backs were still 50% life left. I was extremely annoyed at Mazda for trying to sell me repairs I didn't need and I will never go back to this dealership and not only that, but I will do my best to keep anyone I know in the area from taking their cars to these scammers. Also, if you do end up going stay away from Scott, he is a miserable human being with an anger problem and likes to blow up on customers for no reason. Stay safe out there all and if you need a place to take your car, take it to Doug's Auto Tune & Repair.
Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve never seen a dealership react so poorly to a simple budget conversation. I told them what I was willing to spend, and instead of acting like professionals, they got defensive, condescending, and started lecturing me like I was wasting their time. News flash — negotiating is part of buying a car. If you can’t handle that without getting offended and storming off, you’re in the wrong business. The arrogance and lack of basic respect here is honestly shocking. There was zero attempt to have a normal conversation — just attitude, ego, and unnecessary drama. I walked out feeling like they didn’t deserve a dollar of my money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
