Satisfaction is priority one for the service department at Lee Johnson Mazda. Open Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, our hours are meant to accommodate every lifestyle. You can get a quick lube on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm, and there is an "after hours" program available if you need to drop your car off after the shop closes.
At the time you purchase your car, we introduce you to your service advisor. From then on, no matter what service you need or question you have, you’ll deal with that person or a member of his team. They know you, and your car. We believe customers like knowing they’ll work with the same person from one year to the next.
Our technicians are all factory trained, and certified by both Automotive Service Excellence; a national training program, and I.S.L, a monthly Internet course to keep up with changing technologies.
